Meet at Cardiff Castle, Castle Street CF10 3RB at 5.30pm for bus pick up to the venue.
This event marks the end of Simon Fenoulhet’s 8-week ‘Out of the box’ artist residency at the Glamorgan Archives, facilitated by Art Shell.
Simon’s residency focused on ‘the sensory’ and bringing paper-based historical documents into the present to make them tangible – to be smelt, seen, heard, tasted again.
The ‘Out of the box’ residency program aims to explore the Archives’ utilitarian conservation machinery & vast collections of diverse historical material.
We will be meeting outside Cardiff Castle at 5.30pm and a bus / coach will take you to the Archives.
This is a ticketed event. Tickets includes a return bus ride from Cardiff castle to the Achives, free tea & Victorian biscuits on board.
If you can’t make it until 6pm+ please go directly Archives.
