The Warp Internship is a paid opportunity aimed at those with some experience with an arts organisation who wish to develop their skills further through training and direct engagement with the sector. It is open to both arts practitioners and non-practitioners alike but a good knowledge and understanding of contemporary visual art is essential.
Among other things, the Intern is responsible for the in the administration of the schemes, social media communications and compilation and distribution of the monthly Warp e-bulletin.
If you have:
- a strong desire to pursue a career in the arts are enthusiastic about engaging with the visual arts in Wales.
- good organisation and time management skills, and
- strong IT and administrative skills.
- knowledge and understanding of contemporary art practice and the Warp/g39 programme.
then this might be a role that suits you.
We appoint two 6 month internships per year. The Internships are advertised on our website, via our social media pages, our e-bulletin and other information platforms.
